The article adds tbat he is a dupe to his owu preposterous schemes. It characterises him as a charlatan and accuses him of trading on the folly and ignorance of those who listen to his utierances. Berlin, August 27. A large meeting of Socialists in tbe cily came in collision with the police during which the latter were stoned. In the struggle which ensued mauy on { either side were wounded. Moussa Bey, the Khurdish chief whom the Sultan and ordered to be banished to Mecca, haß succeeded in making bis escape.
