ANOTHER LIBEL.
Wellington, January 20.
In the Supreme Court to-day, the case of Sinclair v, Hornby, a libel action in which plaintiff sought to recover £1000 damages from defendant, who is proprietor of the Marlborough Times, was commenced. The alleged libel is contained in a leading article published in tho Timefjon January 6., and has reference to the exchange of Blenheim Hospital and adjacent land for a block of 50 acres on the Maxwell Road. The case is likely to last some time.
