THE GOVERNOR'S A.D.C. RESIGNED.
Weliington, January 20. Major Eccles has resigned tho appointment as A.D.C, on tho Governor's staff, in order to return to England. His Excellency has appointed Captain Spencer Mansoll Medley, E.N., to that position.
