There are likewise six parlors, inleuding two large, well-furnished, Commercial Rooms, suites of rooms for private parties and families, bath-room, and thirty-three comfortable bed-rooms, under the careful superintendence of the landlady. The Proprietor, in returning thanks to the public for their patronage for the last sixteen years, begs to announce that while the Comforts are Largely Increased, the Tariff is Greatlf Reduced.
