LIBEL WITHDRAWN.
Ashbtjrton, September 23. Francis Philip O'Reilly, solicitor, having been committed for an alleged criminal libel on Joseph Ivess, the latter has withdrawn civil proceedings against the proprietor of the Guardian, an apology having been published and legal expenses paid.
