Melbourne, Sept. 21. Sir Hercules Robinson sailed to-day for England in the Orient Company's steamer John Elder. New Zealand oats are quoted at 2s Id to 2s 4£d. The market is firmer. Sir William Mitchell has been reelected President of the Legislative Council. September 22. Captain Payne, Chief Harbormaster, will be superannuated. A Victorian two million loan will be issued in London to-day. It is expected to be completely successful.
