CASS SQUARE.

CTo the Editor.) Sib, — As the fencing in of Cass Square is now almost completed," might I be permitted to ask why no place of entrance is provided at the southern corner— -namely, at the corner of Weld and Brittan streetß— seeing that gates have been placed at every other street and corner of the square, and where the streets have been formed, which has not been done in this particular place. For the sake of uniformity, leaving convenience out of the question, I think the ratepayers in that locality might be afforded this accommodation, which is presumably an oversight on the part of the designer. I am, &c, Aw Obsekvjbr. Hokitika, August 10 Lord Carnarvon will shortly bring before the House of Lords the question of establishing a National lusurance Fund for sickness in old age. Flobilinel— For the Teeth and Breath.— A few drops of the liquid "Floriline" sprinkled on a wet tooth-brush produces a pleasant lather, winch thoroughly cleanses the teeth from all parasites or impurities, hardens the gums, prevents tartar, stops decay, gives the teeth a peculiar pearly-whiteness, and a delightful fragrance to the breath. It removes all unpleasant odour arising from decayed teeth or tobneco smoke. " Tbe Fragrant Floriline," being composed in parts of Honey and sweet herbs, is delicious to the taste, and the greatest toilet discovery of the age. Price 2s 6d, of all Chemists and Perfumers. Prepared by , Henry C. Gallup,; 493 Oxford street. London.— (Advt.)
