In the Diydfce Conn to-day decrees absolute for dissolution of marriage were granted in Di^by v. Digby, Christchurcb; Mathews v. Mathews, Wellington ; Ryley v. Ryley, Dunedin ; George v, George Wellington ; and Jeffrey v. Jeffrey Christchurch. Evidence was taken in Henderson v. Henderson and Flynn co-respon-dent Auckland ; Harvey v. Harvey and Jones co-respondent Christchurch ; Jackson v. Jackson and Little co-respondent, Wellington ; and Carlson v. Carlson and Key co-respondent Wellington. Decrees nisi were made. Each was a husband's petition on the ground of the wife's adultery. None of the cases were defended. The perjury case against Mr Kinross of Napier, is set down for hearing, to-morrow in the Police Court.
