LEARMONTH AND CO., • have received instructions from Mr Charles Glass, who has determined on leaving the Coast, to sell by public auction on his farm, Kokatahi, on Wednesday, 10th July (wet or fine), at 11 o'clock sharp, WITHOUT THE SLIGHTEST EESERVE, the whole of his farming property and household furniture, consisting of — The property known as Glass's Farm, containing 50 acres freehold, of which 14 acres are in grass, 6 acres tilled, and the balance in medium bush, all well and securely fenced. The improvements consist of a five-roomed dwelling; bouse, oow shed with accommodation for twelve cows, stable, barn, piggeries, &c. ; also large garden well stocked with fruit trees. The improvements are almost new, and the character and class of the soil is second to none in the far famed Kokatabi district, having been specially selected by Mr Glass, for its root and crop bearing capubilities, and being situated on Duck Creek, commands a never failing supply of pure water, which can be utilised for machinery etc., and .from its close proximity to the late discovered Boucher's Gully reel's must in itself enhance the value of the property considerably. The Live Stock consists of 8 cows (mostly springers), 1 bull, 7 heifers, 3 steers, lot of calve3, l heavy draught horse, 1 medium do, 1 filly, rising 3 years ; live lot of fanners' sheep, and Lincoln ram ; lot of pigs. The Dead Stock is comprised of new chaff cutter, by Brentall ; new dray, 3 ploughs (one by Lennon), 3 sets harrows, spring cart, road scoop, weighing machine, by Fairbank ; 3 tons chaff, 2 acres splendid swedes, choice seed potatoes, dairying utensils, household furniture and kitchen utensils, sewing machine, and a lot of. farm tools, sundries, &c, too numerous to mention in the space of an advertisement. Terms for property very liberal. Terms for stock, &c, under £25 oaah ; over that amount by approved acceptances at two months. Luncheon Peovided.
