WESTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICES OF MOTION.
Tuesday, September 11.
1. Mr Dale to move — "That the resolution of this Counci! agreed to on Wednesday, August, 15th, 1877, to the- effect ' that the Chairman forward the amount of refund of license fees to certain hot el- keepers at Kumara, entitled tp receive same,' be rescinded, such refund being contrary to law, as stated in the written opinion given by the Consulting Solicitor to th,e Council, on July 13th, 1877."
2. The Chairman to move—" That the Council consider the question of appointing an Engineer."
3. Mr Dak to move—'' That tbeKanieri Road Board be authorised to call for tenders for the supply aud spread of metal on road from the Hokitika Town Boundary to Graham's farm, Kokatahi, for 12 months."
