Lot 1. Store and 4 Freehold Sections, Black's Point. Lot 2. The whole of the Goods, in first-rate condition, well selected, and suitable for ready Bale. Lot 3. The Book Debts. The business is being carried on by the usual management, to keep together the valuable connection. The business is certainly the best storekeeping connection on the West Coast. Good-will will be given in, and purchaser introduced to all customers. Complete inventories can be inspected, and full information, with forms pf tender, obtained at our office. No tender will be entertained unless accompanied by a Bank draft, or marked cheque, equal to 10 percent ofthe amount of tender. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
