All disputes to be decided by the Committee of Manage ment whose decision shall be final. 3. Complaints for foul running to be made immediately after the race. 4. The Committee reserve the power of altering or amending the programme during the advertised days. 5. The Sports' will commence at 12 o'clock sharp each day. 6.
