County Letters.— Posted at any Post Office within the Colony for delivery at any other Post Office in the same or neighboring Provinces: Not exceeding one half ounce, 2d ; over half ounce, but under one ounce, 4d ; every additional half ouuee, or fraction of balf ounce, 2d.
