WASTE LANDS BOARD.
An auction sale of suburban land was held at the Land Office, yesterday, when the following sections were disposed of: — No. 1345, 10 acres, Grey district, block LXVII, £20 ; purchased by Kilgour and Perotti . No. 1346, 10 acres Grey district, block LXVII, £20 ; Kilgour and Perotti. No. 1347, 10 acres, Grey district, block LXVII, £20 ; Kilgour and Perotti. No. 1348, 10 acres, Grey district, block LXVII, £20 ; Kilgour and Perotti. No. 1352, 10 acres, Grey district, block LXVII, £20 ; Francis Hamilton.
No. 1353, 10 acres, Grey district, block LXVII, £20,- Francis Hamilton.

The total amount received was £208 6s 6d. There was competition only for section 13G7, Grey district, the upset price of which was £10, and was purchased for £17 by John Card. The application had been put in and the deposit paid by James Hamilton. Sections 1352 anl 1353 were purchased by Mr Francis Hamilton-for the r-Treymouth Rangers. The valuation for improvements on the two sections was M7O and £'120 respectively. The members of the Board present were, the Chief Comirirssioner, and Messrs Hoos, Lahman, IS vans, and the Receiver of Laud Revenue.
