Reluctantly I have consented as I am jnxious to see Westland successfully emerge out of her troubles which were thrust upon her through the want of sufficient knowledge and united action of the Westland representative, to plead in details, as well as generally, Wcstland's cause, and set forth her status, which at present is third so far as total, and first in proportion to individual contribution towards the general revenue is concerned.
