No entxy will be received unless upon distinct understanding tha' the derision of tlie Stewards, or whomever they iv.ay appoint, shall in all cases be final, and all law proceedings barred. 3. All entries and nominations must be made in writing, under senl or cover addressed to the stewards, and mu-t contain subscriptions and entrance monies, together with name, age, and pedigree of horse, and color of rider, and delivered to the Stewards at or before 7 p.m. on Wednesday, 23rd of December, 1868, at the British Empire Hotel. 4. A qualification fee must be paid by each own r or nominator of a horse or horses on the following scale, viz.: — For one or more events under £50, £2 ; for £50 and under £100, £3; for £100 and over, £4; but said fees are Hot to be accumu'a? tive. Subscribers of £4 and over are not required to pay any fee or qualification. 5. All horses must be ridden in colors, under a penalty of £2. 6. Marcs allowed 5 lbs ; geldings allowed 3 lbs. * h 7.
