Clause 47. — If any person wilfully obstruct resist hinder or oppose any Inspector of Weights a,nd Measures in the execution of his office or. if any person selling conveying or carrying by weight or measure refuse to produce and deliver his weights measures scales balances steelyards beams or other weighing machines to suchjlnspector or to any Justice he shall on conviction forfeit and pay for every such offence any sum not exceeding ten pounds.
