TTTHEREAS THOMAS EVANS, of Bourke-street, Melbourne, in the Colony of Victoria, Tent Maker, having purchased from the Trustees in the Assigned Estate of Joseph Ahnan, of Hokitika, in the County of Westland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Bootseller> &c, the Shop, Buildings, and Premises, now, or lately, in the occupation of the said Joseph Alman, and all the Estate, Stock-in-Trade, Book Debts, and Premises therein mentioned, Notice is hereby given that all Debts and Moneys now due and owing to the said Business, on any account whatsoever, must be paid to Me, the under-signed, and not to any other person or persons whatsoever without my Authority.
