Miller), of Hokitika, aforesaid, merchants, Plaintiffs, and Alexandeb Joske (trading^rader the name, style, or firm of A. Joske and Company), of Melbourne, in the Colony of Victoria, wine merchant, Defendant. And in order that the plaintiffs may proceed in the said action, we command that you detain and keep all and singular the moneys and chattels, bills, bonds, and other property of whatever nature, in the custody or under your control at the time of thefservice of this writ, belonging to the abovenamed Alexander Joske, or to or in which such defendant shall be legally or equitably entitled or otherwise beneficially interested.
