Sir, — A question of a delicate nature has been put to me as to whether I would sit in the Council with Mr John Breeze? I beg to answer thus publicly — that if the electors consider him a fit and proper person to represent them, it would ill become me to refuse to sit irt tile Council with him if I were elected, provided my doing so did not interfere with the action of the Council.
