Monday, August 24. (Before G. G. FitzGevaM, Esq., R.M.) Dbttnk and Incap iBLE. — John M/Quillan vras, for this offence, fined 10s., or in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. Breach of Peace.— Chavles Lyson was charged with committing a breach, of the peace within view of a constable, and was fined £'1, or in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. BREACH OP WESTL4.ND POLICE Otfpinace. — J. C. Eichmond was charged with allowing a chimney to ignite. r J he case was remauded" until to-morrow, for the evidence of Captain M'Pai-lane. The Court then adjourned till 11 o'clock next day.
