IVTASTERS OP VESSELS -"-*■• trading in West Coast waters must use the utmost care when navigating ihe channel between Open Bay Islands and the main land, as during the late voyage of the Kennedy to Jackson's Bay — she being then on her return — the heads of seven sunken rocks were sighted in the above channel by Captain Turnbull (Westland Harbor Master), nnd Captain Carey of the Kennedy.
