These cattle cS2£ain a consideiable proportion of Working Bullo^ and Heavy Steers, and combine the usuar*~cttSr££u_ teristics of Mr Ferguson's mobs — docility, and quality. They have been lifted close to this market, are a very short time on the road, and the driving has been superintended by the owner himself. MARK S P R O T has received instructions from Mr Niel M'Kinnon to dispose — either privately before the day of sale, or by public auction on Wednesday, the 11th September, of his Valuable SHOP, YARDS, and BUSINESS at the LITTLE PADDOCK, Hau Hau Lead. This business is simply one of the best on the Coast, as the Auctioneer can show by the stock sold to tho present proprietor. It is entirely cash, and is only parted with because of tho determination of the owner to return to his friends in Canada. The price asked is so absurdly low, that a sale must ensue.
