The proprietor having completed very' extensive alterations in the above establishment begs "respectfully to inform the citizens of Hokitika, the inhabitants of the surrounding districts, and the public generally, that he is now prepared, to accommodate all who may pay him a visit in a manner that cannot fail to please the most fastidious. The Parlours, Commercial, Smoking, and Bedrooms are furnished in a style of elegance, combined with comfort, very rarely to be met with in this part of the hemisphere: BILLIARD SALOOE. The Billiard Saloon has been fitted up with an eye to the comfort of its habitues, and contains one of Alcock's prize tables, and under the supervision of an experienced marker.
