Three Broadcasting Stations To Change Their Frequencies
WELLINGTON, Yesterday (PA).— Slight changes in the frequencies of three New Zealand broadcasting stations, effective .from February 15 next, were announced today by the Postmaster-General, Mr. Broadfoot, and the Minister of Broadcasting, Mr. Doidge. The changes, which arise out of the Australian-New Zealand medium frequency broadcasting discussions in Wellington in October, are: 2YC, Wellington, from 650 to 660 kilocycles. IYA Auckland, from 750 to 760 kiloCJ 2YX Wellington, from 1390 to 1400 kilocycles.
