Franch Advisted Not To Resume Diplomatic Relations With Spain
PARIS, Dec. 20.—The French National Assembly Foreign Affairs Committee today decided by 21 votes to 20 to advise the Government not to i resume diplomatic relations with
Spain. The vote was on a Communist motion, but the Socialists took the lead in fighting against exchange of ambassadors. The French Socialists recently asked British Socialists to prevent the British Government from renewing relations with Spain.
