“Mad Sniper” Claims Another Victim
NEW YORK, Dec. 20 (Recd. 8 pin).—A 16-year-old boy was shot and wounded last night by a mysterious sniper on the outskirts of Philadelphia. He was the Bth. victim of an unknown assailant in the area in six weeks.
Another resident was shot by a sniper in another part of Philadelphia earlier yesterday. The police do not believe this shooting had any connection with the work of the socalled “mad sniper.”
