SWAN BREWERY BONI’S Swan Brewery, Ltd., Melbourne, will make a bonus issue in the ratio of two to one, the acting-chairman, Mr. S. A. Clive King, said at the annual meeting in Melbourne. The issue would require about £1,718,664 finance from share premiums and assets revaluation reserves. Tho one for 10 par issue now being made would participate.
