NEPALESE INSURGENTS HAVE DECIDED TO END RESISTANCE
NEW DELHI, Nov. 20 (Rec. 7.30 pm).—The Nepalese insurgents' do-’ cision to end resistance came today after they had been ordered lo withdraw six miles to Birganj from Par- 1 wanipur where both sides earlier were entrenched for a big fight. By abandoning Parwanipur, the rebels threw open to State troops the rail and road routes to Birganj. State troops advancing from three side,; ar? expected to occupy B'rganj today.
