Soviet Press Hails The “Victory In Korea” And Chinese “Volunteers”
MOSCOW, Nov. 11 (Recd. 6pm).—• The Soviet press today reported that Chinese volunteers are fighting actively in Korea and have helped the North Koreans to gain an important victory over the Americans. The Tass newsagency says Shanghai newspapers published a report of a big victory won by the Korean People’s Army with the support of Chinese volunteers. Simultaneously a North Korean communique, published by Moscow newspapers, said: “Units of the People's Army active in the north-west front won great military successes.”
