Infant Awarded £3000 In Supreme Court Action
An application on behalf of Arthur I Murray Illston, an infant son of the ‘deceased, against the estate of the late l Arthur Illston, who died in June, 1949, was heard before Mr. Justice Hay in the Wanganui Supreme Court yesterday. The son is the child of deceased’s ' second marriage, and was born after the date of the will. No provision was made for him. The Court awarded £3OOO, to be administered by the Public Trustee, for the child’s mainten- | ance and benefit. Costs were j awarded against the residue uf the ’estate.
