MacArthur Asks That New Situation Be Brought To Notice

NEW YORK, Nov 6.—General MaeArthur's report, which led the United States to seek the guidance of the Security Council of the United Nations in the “serious” situation created by the actions of Communist China in the Korean conflict, stated that his fighting forces were “at present in hostile contact with Chinese Communist military units deployed for action against the forces of the united command.'
