Jurymen Discharged.
After a common jury haci been empanelled in the Supreme Court, Wanganui, yesterday, for the only remaining criminal trial, waiting jurors were discharged from further attendance during the present sessions. The case then proceeded and will be continued today. There wore five applications from members of the common jury for exemption and all were granted by Mr Justice Hay.
