HUNGER—On November 5, 1950, at Wanganui, Margaret, dearly loved wife of Christian Hunger, of 11 Peakes Road, Wanganui. Private interment.—Fleming and Dick, Wanganui. NEWPORT—On November 4, 1950, at her residence, Lawson Street, Crofton, Marton, Lucy Ruita, beloved wife of Norman Douglas Newport, and loved mother of Albert, Francis and Ada: aged 60 years. SPOONER—On November 5, 1959, at the residence of her son, George Spooner, 26 Halswell Street, Wanganui, Mary Ann, dearly loved wife of the late Arthur Frederick Spooner (late of Patea), and loved mother of Mona (Mrs. McLuskie, Wellington), Bill (Manaia), Fred (Rata), and George (Wanganui); in her 76th year. Friends are respectfully informed that the funeral will leave St. George’s Anglican Church, Patea, for the Patea Cemetery tomorrow (Tuesday, November 7, 1950), at the conclusion of a service which will commence at 1.30 p.m.—Fleming and Dick.
