TARANAKI OIL FIELDS The directors of Taranaki (N.Z.) Oil Fields. N.L. (in liquidation) state hi the annual report that it has not been possible, since then last report, to make material progress with liquidation. This is mainly because of delay in completing winding up of Moturoa Oil Fields, Ltd., in the capital of which the com- I pany has a shareholding stated in the present report to be, at cost, £42,957. The directors do not, however, expect any substantial amount to accrue from liquidation of the Moturoa company, and state that tn any case It is clear that disposal according to law, of funds now available and yet to come in will leave nothing for distribution to the * shareholders of Taranaki Oil Fields.
