Denial That Japanese Are Fighting With U.S. Forces
WASHINGTON. Nov. 2 (Recd. 6 pm>.—The Far Eastern Commission lyesterday decide'! to take under consideration Soviet charges that the States was using Japanese itroops in Korea. I The commission adjourned immediiately after taking the charges. I The Soviet delegate, Mr. Vladimir IBazykin. said Japanese troops fought I alongside the Americans in the Choljwon secton and that a considerable number were serving with the South Korean 7th and Bth Divisions. The staff department today issued a general denial Io the Soviet charges. Mr Michael McDermott, the department’s spokesman, said it was possible that some Japanese Communists were fighting with the North Koreans.
