Less Use To Be Made Of Ministerial Cars
PARLIAMENT BLDGS., Last Night (PA). —Speaking in the debate on the Budget in the House of Representatives this afternoon, Mr Aderman (Govt., New Plymouth) said that, he could give an assurance that the Government’s expenditure on overseas visits would be less than half the amount spent by the Labour administration.
“May I go further and 101 l lhe House this,” continued Mr Aderman. “that the use of ministerial cars will not amount to half the use made of them by Labour members.”
