U.S., Danish, French And British Troops To Carry Out Manoeuvres In Germany
LONDON, Sept_ 7 (Recd. 7 p.m.)— American, Danish, and French troops will join the British Army of the Rhine and the British air forces in joint manoeuvres in Germany from September 24 to September 30, the War Office announced last night. The manoeuvres will be directed by Lieut.-General Sir Charles Keigtley and Air Marshal Sir Thomas Williams, British Commander-in-Chief in Germany. Royal Naval air squadrons and a Royal Marine detachment will also take part in the exercises.
