PARLIAMENT BLDGS., Last Night (PA)—ln the House of Representatives today, Mr. Osborne (Opp., Onehunga) gave notice to ask the Prime Minister if arrangements were made for the National Film Unit to film the Ranfurly Shield on its arrival in Wairarapa from Christchurch following the • defeat of Canterbury at Rugby football last Saturday Mr. Osborne reminded the Prime Minister that he had said last week that an excellent film could have been taken of the arrival of the Ranfurly Shield in Christchurch from Otago.
