Acceptors For Guineas Day At Wanganui

With Davey Jones, winner of the I Flying Handicap last Saturday, and 1 ( one of last season’s most impress’.ve i j two-year-olds in Felicitous to clash in ; the Wanganui Guineas, the prospects , are bright for keen interest to be ' ( displayed in the classic event to be' featured on Saturday for the conclud- 1 , ing day of the spring meeting. In all! there are nine acceptors for the Guineas. The principal flat event, the Higgle; Handicap, has attracted a field of 12, , and there are 13 in the open sprint, the Owen Handicap.
