LOS NEGROS, Sept. I (Sept. 830 p.m.).—The War Crimes Court today found three Japanese guilty of murdering Australian and Allied prisoners war at Ambon in 1913. Captain Kaneki Kagiyama was sentenced to 10 years’ imprisonment, and Ser-geant-Major Yoshimatsu Kuratani to five years’ imprisonment. - Lieut.
