Wanganui Table Tennis Assn’s. Championships Attract Large Entries
Approximately 180 entries have al< ready been received for the Wanganui Table Tennis Association’s championships, to be held in the Gonville Town Hall on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of next week. Practically all title holders are defending their titles. They include R. Stewart (present Wanganui and Manawatu singles char.'pion) and T. Walsh and Miss Rodgers, of the Hutt Valley and Manawatu respectively, who are holders of the combined doubles.
Other entries include L. T. Howe, South Island representative for 1947-48-49, and W. Wah, J. McNeil, R. McPhee, S. Stewart, of Hutt Valley, and Misses P. and M. Kavanagh, of Wellington.
