Pipe Band Programme At Wanganui Races
For the opening day of the Wanganui Jockey Club’s spr ng meeting on Saturday, the Wanganui Highland Pipe Band, under Pipe-Major E. C. Morgan and Drum-Major D. Almond, will provide a programme of music. On the following Saturday the musical programme will be supplied by the Wanganui Garrison Band, under the baton of Mr R. Francis, L.R.S.M.
