Not more than one section will be sold or leased to each applicant. Applications will not be accepted from persons who already own houses or sections unless they can establish a very good case for their being permitted to acquire one of the sections. If there is more than one suitable applicant for any section, the successful applicant will be decided by ballot to be conducted by the Commissioner of Crown Lands. Applications close at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 1950: (b) Fcr the sections in the Second Schedule with the Commissioner of Crown Lands, New Plymouth. The ballots will be held in the Commissioner’s Office at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 1950. Further particulars may be obtained and plans of the sections seen cn application to the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, New Plymouth.
