LONDON, June 2 (Rec. 6 pm). —The “Daily Telegraph’s” Berlin correspondent says the early withdrawal of Russian occupation troops from Germany was hinted here yesterday at the celebration of the fifth anniversary of the founding of the Communist Peoples Police. The police chief. Doctor Fischer, said that before next anniversary the force would have completed its training and would be able to “undertake the defence of the German democratic republic.” The Russian licensed newspaper, “Gerliner Zeitung.’’ said lhe police had been developed as a strong and disciplined forces because “in the event of departure of the occupation troops it alone will soon have Ihe task of securing political, economic and social order.”
