WELINGTON, Last Night (PA).--A notice gazetted tonight states that licences to dispose of, by way of lottery or chance, shall not be granted for the following articles, or classes of articles: Firearms, firearm ammunition, houses or residential accommodation, motor vehicles, rationed goods and materials or intoxicating liquors.
