Mr. Millward Elected Chairman Of Wanganui Harbour Board Again
Mr. E. A. Millward was re-elected chairman at yesterday’s meeting of the Wanganui Harbour Board. “Mr. Millward has done a tremendous lot of work for the board, and particularly in connection with the new dredge,” said Mr. G. C. Wells. “I would like to see him in the chair when .the new dredge arrives.” Thanking members for their renewed confidence in him, Mr. Millward said it was really an honour to be chairman of the board. Mr. G. C. Wells was re-elected de-puty-chairman. The personnel of the various committees is to remain the same as last year.
