LONDON, Nov. 7 (Reed. 6 p.m.)— The Associated Press Prague correspondent says the ...Defence Minister, General Ludvik Svorboda, has announced that the Government has decided to release soldiers from the army after five months training instead of two years, if they agree to become coalminers for five yearrs.
