“BIG THREE” FOREIGN MINISTERS TO DISCUSS THE FAR EAST
WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 (Recd 6 p<m) —The State Department announced that the “Big Three” Foreign Ministers would meet in Paris on Wednesday. The present plans called for the conference to end the following day. A spokesman said that while no agenda had been drafted yet, the discussions were not expected to be confined the Germany, but would also cover China, Indo-China and the Far East generally.
