Bulgarian General Said To Have Refused Russian Demand For Troops
BELGRADE, Nov. 5 (Rec. 6 pm). —Reports from Sofia say that the Bulgarian Army Chief of Staff, Gen. Kinov, is in a Sofia prison awaiting trial on a charge of refusing to accept Russian orders to commit a big number of Bulgarian troops for action against Yugoslavia. General Bolgaramov, head of the army’s political department, also is reported to be in prison.—Associated Press.
